The Cycle of Cleaning

Life is really fast, we rush, we chase our daily tasks and in this crazy whirlwind we loose ourselves and the meaning of time. We run on the phone like on the track mill machine without going anywhere. When we look in the mirror sometimes we can not see our inner beauty. Distractions of life sneak into our ears until we have to get rid of it all.
Mural is inspired by the great performer artist Marina Abramović and her ‘Abramović Method’. Her defragmented portrait is visible in the centre of the wall. This time there is only one object on the table, a glass of pure structured water, a reflection on what Marina Abramović is proposing to people through her method.
Mural focuses on the need of transformation where at the end of our inner journey we are able to look into ourselves and ask the question:
Why do we have to get rid of so much rubbish?

La vida es realmente rápida, nos apresuramos, perseguimos nuestras tareas diarias y en este loco torbellino nos perdemos a nosotros mismos y al significado del tiempo. Miramos el teléfono en bucle sin sentido. Cuando nos miramos en el espejo a veces no podemos ver nuestra belleza interior. Distracciones de la vida se cuelan en nuestros oídos hasta que tenemos que deshacernos de todo.
El mural está inspirado en la gran artista Marina Abramovic y su “Método Abramovic”.
Su retrato desfragmentado es visible en el centro del muro. Se concentra en la necesidad de transformación donde al final de nuestro viaje interior somos capaces de mirarnos a nosotros mismos. Esta vez hay un solo objeto en la mesa, un vaso de puro agua estructurado, una reflexión sobre lo que Marina Abramovic está proponiendo a la gente a través de su método.
El mural se enfoca en la necesidad de transformación donde, al final de nuestro viaje interior, podemos vernos a nosotros mismos y hacer la pregunta:
¿Por qué tenemos que deshacernos de tanta basura?

La vida és realment ràpida, ens afanyem, perseguim les nostres tasques diàries i en aquest boig remolí ens perdem a nosaltres mateixos i al significat del temps. Mirem el telèfon en bucle sense sentit. Quan ens mirem en el mirall a vegades no podem veure la nostra bellesa interior. Distraccions de la vida es colen en les nostres oïdes fins que hem de desfer-nos de tot.

Życie jest naprawdę szybkie, pędzimy, ścigamy nasze codzienne zadania i w tym szalonym pędzie zatracamy samych siebie i znaczenie czasu. Biegamy po telefonie jak po bieżni, nie ruszając się nigdzie. Kiedy patrzymy w lustro, czasami nie widzimy naszego wewnętrznego piękna. Niepotrzebny hałas wkrada się do naszych uszu, dopóki nie będziemy musieli się tego wszystkiego pozbyć.
Mural jest inspirowany wspaniałą artystką performerą Mariną Abramović i jej “Metodą Abramović”.
Jej zdefragmentowany portret jest widoczny na środkowej czesci muralu. Na stole tym razem jest tylko jeden obiekt, szklanka czystej strukturalnej wody, refleksja nad tym, co Marina Abramović proponuje ludziom za pomocą swojej metody.
Praca koncentruje się na potrzebie transformacji, gdzie pod koniec naszej wewnętrznej podróży jesteśmy w stanie spojrzeć we własne oczy i zadać pytanie:
Dlaczego musimy się pozbywać tak wielu śmieci?
